Member of Colonial’s Management Committee since July 2000, which she initially joined as the Chief Financial Officer 

She holds a degree in economics and business administration from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and graduates studies at ESADE.

Carmina Ganyet’s professional career started in Arthur Andersen, in the financial sector. She was head of Investment and Controlling for the financial, real estate and insurance group of Caixa Holding (now Criteria) and in 2000, she joined Colonial as a Chief Financial Officer.

She is member of the Board of Directors of Société Foncière Lyonnaise, independent member of the Board of Directors of Repsol and member of its Audit Committee and Appointment Committee.  Carmina is also today Board member of Universitat Ramon LLull, Board member of Esade-Alumni , member of the Executive Committee of Barcelona Global and ULI-Barcelona .

In the past Carmina Ganyet has been member of the Board of SIIC de Paris,   independent member of the Board of Directors of ICF (Institut Català de Finances), and independent Board member of SegurCaixa_Adeslas. In addition, Ms. Ganyet has been professor at the School of Business Administration of Universitat Ramon Llull, member of the board of Círculo de Economía, founder of Espai Vicens Vives, and a board member of Ethos Ramon Llull- Ética y Empresa.
