Washington Plaza
A conscious choice in favour of an avant-garde building. Washington Plaza has been a pioneering building ever since it rose from the ground in 1932, and has constantly reinvented itself over the years.
Its floor area of 47,000 m² and hyper-central location a stone's throw from the Champs Elysées make it a high-status business centre in the capital’s CBD.
In 2012, Washington Plaza was transformed under the direction of DTACC architects to bring previously unused spaces to life and create indoor and outdoor living and sharing spaces.
It now concentrates all the advantages sought by today’s companies and their employees: an iconic architectural identity, contemporary design, office spaces that encourage horizontal working, and the flexibility required to enable each entity to define its own layout and space usage. A broad range of modern and innovative services designed by Ana Moussinet complements these spaces to meet user expectations and facilitate a healthy work/life balance.
SFL embraces an uncompromisingly sustainable approach to Washington Plaza, and accompanies its clients in their concerns to ensure workplace wellbeing and address eco-challenges.
