Estrategia

Grupo Colonial es una inmobiliaria de referencia en el mercado de oficinas de calidad de la zona euro. Se configura como uno de los principales operadores de oficinas en el mercado inmobiliario español y europeo. El Grupo aglutina una cartera inmobiliaria valorada en más de 8.253 millones de euros, con una clara vocación patrimonialista centrada en la explotación y desarrollo de edificios para alquiler y con una destacada presencia en el negocio de alquiler de oficinas de calidad en las zonas “prime” de los mercados de París, Madrid y Barcelona.

La estrategia del Grupo Colonial pasa por consolidarse como principal actor en el segmento de oficinas prime.

En particular la estrategia del Grupo Colonial pasa por:

  • Un modelo de negocio focalizado el desarrollo, rehabilitación y explotación de oficinas de máxima calidad en ubicaciones prime, principalmente el CBD (Central Business District).
  • Máximo compromiso en la creación de oficinas de calidad, con especial énfasis en la eficiencia y en la sostenibilidad.
  • Una estrategia paneuropea diversificada en los mercados de oficinas de Barcelona, Madrid y París.
  • Una estrategia de inversión que combina adquisiciones “Core” con adquisiciones “Prime Factory”, proyectos con componentes “value added”.
  • Un enfoque claramente industrial inmobiliario para capturar una creación de valor diferencial en el mercado.
  • Una estructura de capital sólida con una clara vocación de mantener los máximos estándares de calificación crediticia – investment grade
  • Una rentabilidad atractiva para el accionista en base a una rentabilidad recurrente combinado con creación de valor inmobiliaria a partir de iniciativas “value added”
