La estrategia de Colonial se decanta claramente por el mercado de oficinas, suponiendo un 94% del total de su negocio.

El modelo de negocio está focalizado el desarrollo, rehabilitación y explotación de oficinas de máxima calidad en ubicaciones prime, principalmente el CBD (Central Business District).

El Grupo Colonial tiene como objetivo trabajar en la mejora de la eficiencia energética basada en los procesos de certificación energética con el fin de implantar procesos de mejora continua en los inmuebles.
