Colonial adquiere un nuevo proyecto en el Distrito 22@ de Barcelona

Colonial ha firmado la adquisición de un proyecto para la construcción de un edificio de oficinas en la calle Ciutat de Granada de Barcelona, en el distrito 22@. Se trata de un proyecto emblemático en la zona más Prime de este distrito, con finalización prevista para 2018.

Ubicado al lado de la plaza de las Glòries y adyacente a la Avenida Diagonal, contará con plantas diáfanas de 1.800 m², en un total de 24.000 m² distribuidos en 17 plantas de altura, con acabados y especificaciones técnicas de alta calidad y sostenibilidad.

Diseñado por Batlle & Roig Parc Glòries es un proyecto destinado a convertirse en un emblema de la ciudad y será uno de los primeros edificios de oficinas con la categoría LEED Platinum de Barcelona. El importe final de la inversión se sitúa en los 77 millones de euros.
