Dividendos

La política de distribucción de dividendos y su importe es fijada por la Junta General de accionistas de la Sociedad a propuesta del Consejo de Administración. En la actualidad, la Sociedad no ha establecido una política de reparto de dividendos.

2017

En relación con el acuerdo adoptado bajo el punto segundo del orden del día de la Junta General de accionistas celebrada el 29 de junio relativo a la distribución de un dividendo en efectivo, el Consejo de Administración de la Sociedad ha acordado que el mismo se abone conforme a lo indicado a continuación:

- Dividendo bruto por acción: 0,165 euros.

- Última fecha de contratación en la que las acciones se negociarán con derecho a recibir el dividendo (last trading date): 4 de julio de 2017.

-  Fecha desde la que las acciones se negociarán sin derecho a recibir el dividendo (ex date): 5 de julio de 2017.

-  Fecha en la que se determinan los titulares inscritos que tienen derecho a recibir el dividendo (record date): 6 de julio de 2017.

-  Fecha de pago del dividendo (payment date): 7 de julio de 2017.

2016

Con posterioridad al cierre del primer semestre de 2016, Colonial ha pagado un dividendo de 47,8€m, el primero pagado por Colonial desde el inicio de la crisis.
